If you are trying to sell a property in Spain it can be difficult as in most cases you are a long way away from the property and will have no real input on how the property is marketed or sold. Sometimes this can cost you at lot more money so we have developed this website as a unique and cost effective way to sell your property with you the seller in mind, practically eliminating the need for an estate agent to market your property and allowing you the vendor to manage how you would like your property to be marketed.

For a small fee you can upload your property to our site for a minimum of 3 months. You will benefit from a continued website optimisation program managed by e-Byss Website Management who, as website management professionals constantly ensure that this site is always prominent in search engines. This means that you will have a far greater reach than just the local window of a normal estate agent.  In most cases, the clients who purchase in Spain live outside the area or country and this makes the web a more suitable medium to market your property.

When you place your property on the site you have the option of paying extra to have the property valued by a reputable valuation company and/or professional photos taken. Both of which will enhance and improve your ability to sell the property. We can arrange a local advertising program for your property when you choose in selected local, national and international respected publications (subject to availablity) and you will only pay for the proportionate space that you have used in the advert allowing you the vendor to access well read publications that would normally cost a lot more.

Enquiries for your property are sent straight to you by email or telephone. You then negotiate directly with the purchaser and subsequently if a sale is agreed, all we ask at Sunsea Worldwide Properties S.L. is that you let us know so we can update our website and remove your property from the market.

If you require Sunsea Worldwide Properties S.L. to handle your viewings, under your instruction we can also arrange accommodation and airport collections (at the purchasers cost), tours of the area and of course a viewing of the property.  We will provide you with a detailed viewing report signed by the potential purchaser. For this service we charge you a fixed fee of 150 € per visit meaning you only pay when there is genuine interest in your property which has been qualified and instructed by you.

Once the property is sold, if you would like us to handle the administration, we will for a fixed fee of 1% of the agreed sale price organise an independent legal expert or liaise with your own lawyer and deal with all the other administration matters in respect of the conveyancing of your property.

In effect you manage your own sale and we only get paid for the work we do. This saves you from paying large commissions which are being charged today by international estate agents. These savings can be used effectively to either make the property price more competitive, enable better negotiations with the purchaser or increase the return on your investment.

As estate agents we will also endeavour to sell the property on your behalf to both our new and existing clients.  In this case if you are a registered user of our resale site we will charge you a fixed commission of 1% of the purchase price on the sale of the property.
